great location national garden convenience stores

the hotel's location near shinjuku sanchome station was convenient. i especially appreciated being close to isetan and shinjuku gyoen national garden. several convenience stores were also nearby, handy for quick needs, a peaceful area!

the rooms were clean and i found the amenities to be great. basic needs were available near the front desk. fresh towels were provided daily even without opting for room cleaning.

the pillows were quite firm.

I found the staff helpful. They were really nice! the hotel location is central, so navigating around was easy. the rooms are clean and offer great value. i also appreciated the abundant choice of travel essentials available downstairs, very convenient

the motion-activated light in the room was a bit bothersome during the night, but it was a minor inconvenience.
